Discover OnPremise™ Analyst Training

Course Description
Discover OnPremise Analyst Training begins with a general overview of architecture, terminology and concepts of this application. It then teaches participants how to navigate through the application and create and design new analysis workspaces, reports and dashboards. Attendees will learn about core functionality accessible through contextual menus, while also being introduced to more advanced capabilities of the product. Participants will cover the dataset schema and how it should be used to correctly interpret report results. Finally, attendees are given exercises to complete in order to reinforce the key concepts presented during the course.

Target Audience
This course is designed for Discover OnPremise users who regularly receive and make decisions based on reports.

Objectives
This one-day course provides both new and experienced Workstation users with the skills required to effectively leverage Discover OnPremise to better understand site activity and visitor behavior. Upon completion, attendees will be able to:

• Effectively interpret results
• Understand the effects of selection and querying
